ITIL Foundation v3 through online training and on-line exam

I recently got my CompTIA Network+ cert and am taking Security+ this Thursday. I am considering going after my ITIL Foundation v3 cert next. It appears to be relatively easy compared to Net+ and Sec+. In looking around a bit I found a company called Thought Rock that offers online traing and a voucher for writing the exam using Loyalist Certification Services for a total price of $150.
