Book question - CCNP Route Simplified

CCNP Route Simplified by Paul Browning and Farai Tafa
I'm about 100 pages in and I really like their writing style. Has anyone else picked this book up? Does it cover enough as far as reading material for the exam goes? It's about 1000 pages long, so I know it covers quite a bit, I'm just worried that since it's not Cisco-Press, I'll be missing something. I only ask because I almost exclusively used Todd Lammle's book for the CCNA with Packet Tracer for labs and I did just fine.
