Dish Network and Cable Net
Hello everyone. Got a Q. I'm gonna be moving into my buddy's house here in about a month, but he doesn't have internet access. So the plan is to get cable internet, as DSL isn't available in the area. Now, at this time, he has Dish Network going through his cable. Is it possible to have cable internet at the same time as Dish Network? I'm just wondering this because I didn't know if the Dish Network signal was any different than any cable provider's TV feed. Usually you can just split cable TV and cable internet. Can you do this with a Dish Network setup? Thanks. 
I had called the cable provider's customer service/tech support, but I could hardly understand him...guess that's what I get with outsourced tech support.
