Question re: Embedded controller integration

Good afternoon all,I'm currently working on integrating a Windows XP Embedded Controller for a wide format plotter/scanner for a engineering client... However when I attempt to backup the current system settings I recieve an error stating that the backup missed *.all files. My boss then says no worries just keep going -_-When I proceed to finish the integration I have full connectivity and the office is able to print, scan and copy perfectly... However when I attempt to push updates from the internal network.to the controller I recieve an "HTTP 500 error" that indicates a java NullPointerException ... I am not sure wheyre to begin looking for the source of the problem as the error is also returned on the controller.Anyone have any thoughts at all on this? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!
