Dude, stop worrying about making money from your lab. Use it to learn, which makes you more valuable and therefore makes you money long term.

It's a research exercise for you to work out , not for others to tell you for any level of lab.

Go and look up the available cisco equipment ( and not just the latest releases but include eol'd equipment as well as it's a more affordable), list it by capabilities and price and by what features are needed for each certification level( hardware and ios features).

May also want to list equipment by size and weight as some of the smaller equip
ment can make a small easily portable lab for when not at home or fitting on the
desk (or under it) at work.

Don't forget power and protection, don't want to connect an expensive lab to the
net and have it fried due to a lightening strike or surge on the power lines or adsl/cable.Or damaged by a brown out or lose data etc due to a blackout.

If you want people to help, show you can do some work yourself,
work out a lab then come back and ask for advice
