Few things. Move certs & skills to top. No need to list supervisor contact info, salary or hours. Tense should be consistent. Either all past tense or present.

Thank you. I copied this straight from a federal site that requires them, but I will pull those from my real resume and correct the tense. Good catch my wife who loves to correct me in everything even missed that.

Move Skills set to top most.
Relevant, professional work history second.
Take out contact information (give it later).
Take out Salary category.
Summarize Windows office programs.
List an email and Phone number for as your contact information. No need to supply address.

Looks like you are a LAN manager and a computer support specialist. Cool!
I posted some of my suggestion for improvement
Get your experience for each job 3 statements and 3 bullet points
The current job you have can have 5 bullet points.
Your current job should have present tense statements and previous jobs should have past tense. I think others have said this too!
Drop the classes that you listed on your resume from your 2005-2007 college. You didn’t get a degree there, so I don’t see the point listening classes. Additionally, you have so much experience on your resume that these classes would just clutter your resume, and make it harder to read.
Try to make your resume one page, you really want to make it POP.
