Just wondering for those who are experienced in the field. How valued is a potential employee with a ton of customer service and management experience, but who is entry level with their knowledge of IT. Almost landed a job that seemed very interested in mt CS background. They are a training heavy company that seemed to be looking for basic understanding of Network concepts. I just want to guage how other companies will look at this.
Thanks,
Steve
