Claiming my Kits

I sat for the MCP 70-215 exam on the 12 of march and passed , yet after confirming the names, address and all other things I haven't received my Kits most especially my certificate. Can anybody help me because my employer are asking me fot it?

Send an email to mcphelp@microsoft.com , tell them what happened and also give them your full contact name and address and include your mcp id.

Have you access the MCP site to request for your welcome kit?

Try and do this and equally write as suggested by jmc 724.
