AAA RADIUS (IAS) rollout but cannot access console when active?

I am trying to implement RADIUS accross my network and have managed to get it working using IAS.

The only problem I have is that I cannot gain console access once I get RADIUS online.

I have tried removing passwords, adding local passwords and ammending the AAA, but I can't seem to resolve the problem

Anyone any ideas?!
