Comparison to 70-270

I've been studying for my 70-270 for a couple weeks and I'm getting consistantly low scores on practice exams. One of my coworkers suggested I try out MCDST first. Anybody know how the 271/272 compare in difficulty to the 270?

Dont do 271 keep on studying, I recommend doing the ms assessment for microsoft and that will give you a good evaluation of your skills set.

Purchase some prep tests, dont use brain **** and keep on reading 270 and if you can find study guide for 271 review them.

No one says certs are easy....
