what do do when the phone interviewer is late calling?

Exhausted your resources to contact him and if you are unable to get a hold of him just wait. At that point it's out of your control.
I would google the company and call their help desk / adminstrative assistant. -

Hope that they call? Not much you can do in this situation really. Follow up with an email if they never call you.An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

I just contacted the HR person who set up the interview after waiting 30mins. She said she put on his calendar for 12/2, which is this Friday.
