Lost A+ Certificate from 1997 How to find it?

I'm trying to find my old A+ Certificate I passed in 1997, I was living and working in Austin, Texas. I had all my files for years, but I moved and changed jobs that didn't require it so I didn't keep up with it. One of my old office's got bought and bulldozed by the new owners, I think some of my files could have gone in that office...

Now I need it for new Jobs I'm working, to show I had it and even if I need to take a new one, but How can I find my old number? Does anyone know if it will still be on their database? It's been 14 years...

Any help would be appreciated.

+1. I had an issue merging a pre-2000 ID with my current one and they solved it amazingly fast. They just asked me for the email address I used back then and were able to locate it quickly.

I called them as recommeded And yes they were very helpful!

She found my old record and set up my new e-mail. I'm supposed to wait a day and try to access it through the website..
