Hey TE Board,
I'm having a bit difficulties setting up different caller ID's for my 2 DID's. I have a cisco 2801 router running CME doing a sip trunk with flow route. I have 2 DID numbers I am using when i call out my caller ID doesnt show up. atleast one doesnt. I want to know how to set up multiple Caller ID's for my IP phones. Currently I'm doing it through the sip-ua with the calling-info but i can only type one of the numbers. the other one just displays as a caller id of 01.
Thank you.

tokhss Member Posts: 473Most basic SIP Tunks have a reception style Caller ID setuip.. where, 1 DID (the primary) will always show when anyone calling within the office dials out.
if your 2nd DID displays 01 then go into your ITSP account online and change the caller ID info for the 2nd DID.. this is assuming both DID"s are linked to one username.
Or setup a voice-translation rule.
