Help Desk Specialist II with a law firm

i will be interviewing in-person w/ a law firm for a help desk 2 position. please see attached .doc for details.
two questions:
1. HR manager said I would be meeting with her; didn't mentioned anyone else. does this mean there will be no other person interviewing me? no technical question. kinda hard to believe. should i inquire about this via email?
2. please advise what questions to ask the interviewee...ie, how many in the IT support staff? what desktop applications are deployed? remote tools/support? weekend/overtime? thanks guys!

Bokeh Member Posts: 1,636 ■■■■■■■□□□I would think if its just HR, its probably a first round of interviews, weeding folks out. However, you might impress her enough that she will have someone from IT talk to you.
One question I always advised folks to ask when I was doing employment, was to ask the interviewer what brought them to this particular company, what they enjoy about it, etc. People like to talk about themselves. Do as much research as you can about the company ahead of time. Find out if you will be supporting mobile devices as well (Ipads, other tablets, Blackberrys, Iphones, etc).
