Is CCNA test broken up into sections?

Is the test broken up into subject areas or all mixed?

Also, about the 90 min time limit, is there a break time at any point?
If no, Not even before starting the labs?

Questions are random across all the objectives, no specific order. As with most tests once you start there is no stopping until you finish or the 90 mins are up. I am not sure what you mean by "starting the labs". If you refer to the scenario type questions those are no different than the multiple choice. Clock keeps running.
