Am I putting a lot of pressure on myself at my new job?

Recently I found a new job. First week watched self-tutorial videos.

They hired 2-3 new people. The other colleague started 2 weeks ahead of time. That person is already done with training and now onto new things. That person is getting additional help from senior colleagues while I am still going through self-tutorial videos. I feel behind in some way. By the time I catch up by a bit, it seems like the senior guys expect me to know what to do next. It's feels a bit unfair. First couple of days, I work an extra 30 minutes after work to catch up but I do get slightly exhausted due to the amount of things to remember. Am I putting a lot of pressure on myself or should I work at my own pace?

Yes. No one is expecting you to re-engineer the entire network after a week.

I will assume you will also get additional help from senior colleagues when you are done with the video training. They would have spaced out your start dates to make it more easier to train and get your guys on board. So do your best and you will do just fine
