Am I putting a lot of pressure on myself at my new job?

Recently I found a new job. First week watched self-tutorial videos.
They hired 2-3 new people. The other colleague started 2 weeks ahead of time. That person is already done with training and now onto new things. That person is getting additional help from senior colleagues while I am still going through self-tutorial videos. I feel behind in some way. By the time I catch up by a bit, it seems like the senior guys expect me to know what to do next. It's feels a bit unfair. First couple of days, I work an extra 30 minutes after work to catch up but I do get slightly exhausted due to the amount of things to remember. Am I putting a lot of pressure on myself or should I work at my own pace?
