NSA CAE-Cyber Operations Program Announced

Don't know if I have just missed this being brought up but two days ago they announced a new Centers for Academic Excellence - Cyber Operations program certification. This is very exciting for me as this is the exact thing I want to go into for my graduate studies.
National Centers of Academic Excellence - Cyber Operations - NSA/CSS
Since it is just 2 days old, there are no programs listed yet, but I will be starting in 6 to 18 months and expect there to be at least a few by then. I had already narrowed down my grad school hunt to one that is CAE-R certified, but this changes the game. Any thoughts?
Oh, and the reason I want to attend one of these Universities:
