Passed it this morning with a score of 372. Study materials used were:
Train signal
Mastering vSphere 5
Vsphere 5 best practices
Practice questions on various blogs
I found VCP 510 to be easier than VCP 410 for 3 reasons:
1. As others have stated config maximums aren't part of VCP 510 (for now).
2. I've had more experience with ESXi now vs. when I took VCP 410
3. I've played around with most of vSphere 5 modules/add-ons
Good luck to everyone else planning on taking this exam.

meadIT Member Posts: 581 ■■■■□□□□□□Congrats! I have mine scheduled for the 27th. I'm hoping it will be easier than VCP4 for me too. When I took VCP4, I only had about 3 months experience with VMware and hardly any with ESX.CERTS: VCDX #110 / VCAP-DCA #500 (v5 & 4) / VCAP-DCD #10(v5 & 4) / VCP 5 & 4 / EMCISA / MCSE 2003 / MCTS: Vista / CCNA / CCENT / Security+ / Network+ / Project+ / CIW Database Design Specialist, Professional, Associate

jibbajabba Member Posts: 4,317 ■■■■■■■■□□Well done. For me it was actually harder as I haven't had a chance to even look at vSphere 5 but forgot to postpone the exam. When the center rang me up where I am I had to rush down there ... Don't know how, but passed myself somehow with 304 lol ...My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com

dave330i Member Posts: 2,091 ■■■■■■■■■■Thanks everyone. Went back and looked at my VCP410 score and I actually scored higher (375). I must have been really lucky at guessing when I took 410.2018 Certification Goals: Maybe VMware Sales Cert
