I need some resume help. I'm trying to get into the IT field and out of what I'm currently doing. Any suggestions on how to make my resume better?

Don't have too much time right now to go into this one, so just a couple things real quick...

Why is everybody obsessed with the thick horizontal lines on their resumes lately?

I don't think you need 2007 - 2010 in your education section or "Graduated 2010" for that matter. Just list the degree you have and where it's from. Also why on earth is any college giving certificates on Windows NT in 2010?

There's a lot more that could be said, but that's all I have time for.

Nice layout, weak in explanation. I think it needs to state more of your accomplishments. Maybe specific tasks or projects you have done. Which seem to be plenty!
    Keep up the good work.

^This! Also you may want to start each section of your job experience with a short paragraph to summarize your duties, and then only use bullet points for the key accomplishments.

Another thing I can see is that you may want to change; Put your Technical Experience section above the certifications/education sections as a short narrative paragraph instead of bullets, and maybe change the title of that section to Summary instead.
