Good Afternoon,
I manage a pilot team of 10 consultants working - client facing call center - Web Support for a financial firm. We are looking to get professional certifications for these individuals to help them troubleshoot our clients access issues. (firewall settings, access issues, web security settings, adobe reader integration/display issues, minor flash support, and for a lack of better words: "what all the different browser advanced options really do/mean" .
Most certifications that we've looked into are too heavily weighted in either hardware or one specific product.
is there a general cert that might be able to cover this information and get a little more in-depth to other areas of website design and functionality? (basic understanding of java, http, and LAN settings)
Any suggestions you could make would be great.
Thanks!
