Help on setting up NM-16A

R-Legend

I have setup the NM-16A correctly, (per freeCCNAworkbook.com) it works. I installed it in my home router (2610xm + wic1adsl).
My problem is when I telnet into A device it prompts me for my username and password (local username & password). After I enter the username and password every thing is OK. What do I have to do to just telnet into a device without entering a password.
