documenting skills

hello everyone,

I am not sure if this is right forum or what not. But where would be the best place or resource to learn how to write technical documents, like testing policy and such. Create ones that stream process already in place.

Creating a lot of folders, Visio, taking a lot of pictures, notes, configuration files... I have excel spreadsheets of everything. I even created a not-to-scale floor layout in excel. It looks horrible, but im going for where computers are, not to win an award for nice documentation.
