VRF Definition on Cisco 2691

Sorry for the messy topology attached, I have been changing things as I go, VRF C or what was VRF C/OSPF 100 is now RIP-NG. Everything else works on this topology except VRF C/Rip-NG. Now I think I know the problem since I'm using multi protocol I need to use VRF Definition which was implemented 12.2(33), Im using 12.4(25d) on Cisco 2691's. But I do have the command to implement VRF Definitions is it a limitation of the 2691 Product line? Is there another way I can tackle dual stack MPLS with out using VRF Definitions?
