I remember this question from when I failed it the first time and it's been bothering me as I try to study for the exam.

If you are upgrading from say win 2000 to XP and 2000 is installed on a folder called win2k but you would like your XP Folder to be named something else, What do you do? Do you rename the folder or what?

I couldn't quite remember all the other options but some of you that have taken the exam recently might remember it...

You will not be performing an upgrade if you rename the installation folder.
