Transcender - "Drag and drop query"

Quick question. I have done a Transcender exam in the past week and believe i may have failed as i incorrectly completed the "drag and drop type question".
When i was answering them, i clicked on the step number and then on my answer. I did not drag the answer to the question.
When i was finished the question, the step and answer where not beside each other, i simply had a gree tick beside the appropriate step.
Am i carrying out the steps correctly ( i know it is hard to explain )
