port security on trunk links - yea or nay?
Trying to get a more definitive answer in the scope of the SWITCH exam. I've read where 6500 and 7600 chassis will support it on a trunk link if DTP is turned off. I've also read that a 3550 won't support port-security on a trunk unless you increase the maximum MAC addresses higher than 1. I tested this on my 3550 and it took the command 'port-security' with no problems.
