Outlook 2010 Delegate Access
In 2003 a delegate could create a private calendar item for the person they were a delegate of, even if they didn't have access to view the private items on the calendar. It seems that functionality has been taken away in Outlook 2010. Anyone know of a workaround?
I know you can mark view delegates private items in account set up, but what if the person doesn't want others to see his private items he has created himself?
Just wondering if anyone found a workaround?

That will give them access to add new items, but not view. You may want to also select "View free/busy data" so they can still see what times are already booked, without letting them see full details. That will change the permission level to "Custom" once you do it.

Josh thanks for the reply. I'll try this out.
