Creating a Form in Outlook 2010 Calendar
I have a client who wants to have shared calendar and anytime you select inside the shared public calendar to create an appointment or meeting the form pops up with a PDF file embedded into the form. So anytime you select into a calendar day the form automatically pops up with the PDF in the document. The reason the user wants this is to not only mark the calendar/block off time, but to also utilize the form I built for him in Acrobat to communicate the results back to database, where we are storing the results of the PDF form.The Form has been tested and it does work. I created a individual form in Outlook and embedded the file and it worked like a charm. The problem I am running into is figuring out a way to get that calendar to launch that form everytime you select a date in that shared calendar. Thoughts?
