well if u have MCITP and Mikrotik and Cisco Certification , does it have any impact on your salary and does it requer any university degree to work with mcitp sorry for the bad english

Typically, salary will be based on a trifecta of certifications, education and work experience. The more well rounded you are in all three categories will greatly increase your chances of a better salary. This is just generalizing, of course you can get a job with just one or two of those things but the more well rounded, the more marketable you are to a potential employer.

Work experience is probably the most important of the three. However, it is also the hardest to get when you first start out. Having certifications will help you a lot there but just on it's own, it is more likely you will get a low paying entry level position than a big salary.
