Magic Jack to FXO

I have the original Magic Jack. To the router, I'm thinking if I plug that into the FXO port it will think it's connected the PSTN. Is there anything I'm missing?

You can definitely use the magic jack to make calls from Cisco IP phones & CME to the outside world and you can also call into the phones. But, I don't think it will work the way you are thinking.
