Hello,
Would you guys recommend that I should schedule to take ICND1 (in June) before completing the material/study guides? I think in a way this would force me to study and work on the labs. Have anyone done this strategy before?

I would think that you could complete the material and pass the exam by June. Depending on where you live and what else is going on in the world of testing, sometimes we all have to schedule exams well before we are ready. When the old CCNP exams were expiring, I remember looking at my local testing center's schedule and not being able to get in for 2 months. It can help you to have an end date. It can force you to study more and procrastinate less.
