Frame Relay lab gotcha

I got my 3640 today, updated it to 12.4 and decided to replicate this lab TechExams.Net CCNA TechLab: Configuring Frame Relay with my 3x2620s. Everything was going fine , but for some damn reason one of the 3 end-point router serial links just would not come up. Went as far as erasing the config and starting all over, no difference.
Switched the db60 to smart serial cable between the two routers, and the problem followed the cable
One of the pins on the db60 side was bent, fixed that and all is good now!
Can't learn this playing with virtual labs
