Confused on the direction i need to take with the 70-680 test.

I took a college semester course on windows 7, migrating, upgrading, formatting, pushing out images and local machine policy. Though I passed the class with a 90% the final I only got a 75%. It was really stupid stuff too, like marking the wrong letter. 
I use Windows 7 on my home PC on a daily basis and before that Vista. The A+ exam had windows 7 items on it and didn't effect me passing.
So my question to you folks that have taken the exam. Could I get away with using a cram exam type book or am I stuck redoing the course? A self study course, of course.
