Juniper Monitoring Solution?

What would be the relative equivalent Cisco Works for Juniper?
I am helping selecting a monitoring solution for a large enterprise juniper build out. They also use F5 load blancers if it matters, be nice to have it all under one system.
Currently they use Orion and it's not meeting their needs. They need better event management, predictive analysis. Automatic connection tracing. Support for failover modes. Etc.
