Trouble with Domain logon and WiFi when off-LAN

Hello everyone,

we have a problem at work. One of our customers have troubles logging into the network with their domain credentials anytime they try to connect to an off-LAN WiFi network. Example: they go home,they try logging in with their domain credentials on their laptop but they cannot get access to their home network. This doesn't happen with the WiFi at their company. We tried enabling the "allow connect to non prefered networks" in group policy on their DC but apparentely that didn't work either. The DC is a Windows Server 2003 and most laptops have win 7 installed. Any input on this would be much appreciated
