Not a CCNP Question, But a Question For Engineers - Software to Manage Project

I don't know if there is this such of software. I have a bunch of projects and it always hard for me to track all of my project. Between Outlook calendar, tasks, emails, files, etc... Is there a software that I can use to manage project? not a share, but to myself. Something like when I get a project, I create a project with alerts and a place to save all the files needed to complete the project (Diagram, Configs, etc...). How are you guys organize yourself on your workplace? Any tips? Thanks

MS Project comes to mind, although you are describing more of a multi-purpose PSA, such as ConnectWise.
