Starting to learn CCNA Voice

I have started getting equipment to learn CCNA Voice and have a couple of questions.

1. I have no phone lines in my house, only Internet through cable. Do I need a phone line and what to I need. Do I have to get a POTS or maybe use MagicJack.

2. If I don't need a phone line, do I need to get FXS and FXO interfaces?

I recommend at least one FXS card and a cheap $5 analog phone just so you can get a feel of how to get an analog line to ring.
