Preparation for MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications (70-513)

My next certification conquest is MCPD: Web Developer 4. Microsoft Press has books for three of the four required certification exams. The one that does not have a dedicated exam preparation book is MCTS: .NET Framework 4, Service Communication Applications.

Is anyone willing to share their experiences with this exam? Specifically, what preparation materials did you (or are you) using?
