Users losing permissions after migration from 2003 - 2010 Outlook client

I was just wondering if this was a known error? It seems like removing the delegate and calendar rebooting and readding the delegate and calendar corrects a few, but sometimes it doesn't. Why are the permission lost in the migration?Just wondering if this is a MS known error.
