Tracing Tagged Packets inside CLI (IOS 12.4T) Question

Is there any way I can have a live or log view from a specific interface on each device (one site to another) and view or capture a log file of VoIP priority tagged packets (how many bytes per second, essentially utilization) all through Cisco's CLI?
I know we can discern information pushed out of an interface via the Show interfaces command and looking at the bytes tx/rx in and out statistics, but there's got to be an easier way.
Thanks.
