I need a small / mini keyboard (connection doesn't matter as long as wired, not even the material matters) which can be mounted like this one, with a touchpad or trackball .. The Chinese websites always say that the price is negotiable ... (not that they would answer mails anyway)

Not sure why you are not using a regular 1U keyboard tray - maybe what's above is exactly what you want. There was a used keyboard tray going cheap on eBay.co.uk, maybe you want new - you don't say if it's for work/home lab in your post.
The only thing I found like that was this - but to be honest people around would get really bored of me constantly saying "Warp factor 9!" - I know it's expensive, but it might be worth it for the laughs.
