Need HELP !!!
Heyy All,
I am new to Network + and have been studying for the exam for almost about 2 months now. I have studied MIKE MAYERS All In One for Network + book and have gone thru Prof. Messer's Network + videos. I have done lot of practise quizzes in Comptia's website and many other websites. I scored 75% + in all the practise quiz.
I am still little scared to take the test. Can someone help me with this? Am I all set for the test or need more practise? I was planning to take the test somewhere in next week.
Thanks in Advance

Practise exams are a great way to determine what may be weak topics for you, personally, I printout the exam objectives and work off those, then I hit the practise exams once I am satified I have covered everything listed in the objectives. Here are some of my notes that mat help you (although they may be a little dated now, but the document on ports have not changed!):
Protocols and Ports Table.pdf
OSI Model.pdf
IP Addressing.pdf
802.11.pdf
TCP IP and Internet addressing..pdf

Darril Member Posts: 1,588I see with your MCP and MCSA that you've passed several Microsoft exams. You'll find the Network+ exam easier.
One of the big things with practice tests is not only the score, but also having a solid understanding of why the correct answer is correct and why the incorrect answers are incorrect. Ideally, you should be able to look at any practice test question and know this. That way, no matter how CompTIA words the question, you'll be able to answer it correctly. It helps when the practice test questions have explanations. That said, if your understand the content of the practice test questions, you're probably ready.
Here's a link to a few free practice test questions on the N10-005 exam: Free Network+ Practice Test Questions
Good luck.
