Hey,
Just curious on why LSA age timers go above 1800 seconds.
If they are refreshed every 30 minutes, then how is this possible?
I have a small topology (3 routers) and the output of show ip ospf database indicates LSA Ages of 1900+ seconds.
They don't actually go above 2000 seconds, but I thought they should change at least every 1800 seconds (approximately).

LSA group pacing causes the refresh to go over 30 minutes so LSAs that are close together in age can be refreshed in a group.Currently reading:
