VMWare school in Georgia?

Hi Guys,
I have called all the schools on VMWare's list of education partners, and they all act like I called cursing their mothers name in a foreign language when I ask about the classes. In summary, they have no idea what I am talking about.
I then went to contact VMWare, and after multiple emails over the course of a month they could not help me at all with direct knowledgeable contacts at the listed schools either.
However, they were so kind to suggest I traded in an arm and a leg to take one of their courses multiple times over.
The goal is to find one at a community college. If I can't find any local, i'll signup for an online course, but just trying to save the most money possible.
That being said, has anyone ever taken any in Georgia? I am in metro Atlanta.
Thanks

Devilry Member Posts: 668Thank you both for your information.
I accidentally did not mention that I was looking to take the class at a community college or something of that nature. I am trying to avoid spending $3-5k. This will be coming out of my own pocket for the most part. -
Forsaken_GA Member Posts: 4,024You're going to be hard pressed to find courses in virtualization technology in the georgia curriculum. Georgia Southern has the VMWare academy (and it's not quite metro Atlanta), but everyone else I'm aware of doing training is of the private company type. Hell, most of the schools funded by HOPE money can't even fill their linux classes.

Yeah I have noticed Georgia Southern. However, I am about 45 minutes in NW metro Atlanta. so I probably don't need to tell you how far of a drive that is.
