Pc Anywehere and Graphics
Hey guys, maybe someone here can put some light on this issue I have.
I was in with a client last friday setting her email up and also installing PC Anywhere on a brand new Dell machine. When I installed PC-A it asked for a restart (thats cool) but when it restarted it had reduced to 4 bit graphics and wasn't possible to up them. And once I uninstalled PC-A they were back to normal after the restart. Looks like its kicking out the graphics driver or something.
I couldn't find any pathes on Symantec or Dell's sites. And there doesn't seem to be much if any on Google about it.
Any suggestions?
Cheers, Dave.

jmc724 Member Posts: 415You need to config the graphics settings in pca, also you dont always need to keep it running in "waiting" status unless the user wants to keep it in that status. What next?
