Question about forwarding meetings in Outlook 2010
I was wondering if an organizer sent out a meeting invite to a group of people along with a resource, the meeting room. If an employee who received the invite, decided to forward that meeting on, would that potentially cause problems if the forwarder didn't have permissions to the calendar of the public folder/calendar?
What's happening is some meetings are coming off the calendar. I'm not sure if it's just reoccuring or reoccuring and a single meeting. Just recently another one came off the calendar and organizer noticed an forwarded invite. They checked the person's credentials who was forwarding the message and found that they did not have permission to the calendar.
Thoughts?
