Passed both A+ sections, but OS was nightmarish

in A+
I decided to do both exams today, as I'd always been revising for both. Managed to pass the Core fairly convincingly, but the OS contained various things that are not mentioned in either of the text books I've been using. Oh, well, still passed it; but my advice to anyone taking the OS would be to do plenty of extra research.
The Sybex and Exam Cram books I used are still highly commendable for the hardware and BASIC operating systems information. Ideally, access to each of the OSs to "play" with them and get to know them inside out would be a vital addition.
To anyone else taking the A+, I wish you the best of luck and a calm but alert mind.
