after ccna whats next?

Hi guys , Iam almost on my final route to ccna , but my question is this , I know that just with a ccna is hard to get employers to consider you for a job placement , so which other certification I can take to make a different , linux , microsoft , or should I do ccna security?

CCNA Voice. If you go look at job announcements majority of requirements look for some kind of VoIP experience.

NetworkVeteran

CCNA Voice, CCNA Wireless, or CCNA Security if you're interested in networking.

Microsoft if your passion is actually servers and desktops.

A degree if this will be your career.
