I had to use Microsoft's second shot promotion because I failed it the first time, but I got through it. Scored a 678 the first time and a 775 the second time. The test is difficult without a doubt. You definitlely need to know DNS and Routing and Remote access. The simulations I had were for configuring those. Although most books don't cover it, look up SUS on technet and read the whitepapers on it, you'll be glad you did.

It is a 43 question test that took me 2 hours to complete. In my opinion your best bet is to sign up for Microsoft's second shot, take the test, go back and study over your weak points, and take it again.
