If you need assistance with Subnetting practice, I found a gem of a website through google:IP Subnet Practice

I wish there was a website like this that helped with TCP UDP ports.

Personally, I would just print out the ports and keep going over them until you have them memorized (write them down over and over if you have too, this method works pretty well).
